Policy Overview

At PrimePaper Master, we stand behind the quality of our work. Our goal is to ensure every customer receives exactly the document they ordered, to the highest standard.

Because our services involve custom-generated digital documents that are created and delivered based on information you provide, our refund policy is carefully defined to be fair to both our customers and our business.

Our Commitment: If we make an error, we will fix it for free — always. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Situations Eligible for a Refund

You may be entitled to a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: You paid but did not receive your document within 2 hours of payment confirmation, and our team cannot resolve the issue
  • Significant Error: Your document contains major errors that are directly caused by our team (not errors in the information you provided), and we are unable to correct them
  • Wrong Document: We delivered a completely different document type than what you ordered
  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same order
  • Technical Failure: A verifiable technical failure on our end prevented order fulfillment

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order date.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: You no longer need the document after it has been delivered
  • Information Errors: The document contains errors because you provided incorrect information in your order form
  • Acceptance Issues: A third party (lender, landlord, employer) refused to accept the document for reasons unrelated to our work quality
  • Prohibited Use Violations: Your order was cancelled due to suspected fraudulent or illegal intent
  • Partial Satisfaction: You received and used the document but are dissatisfied with minor stylistic elements
  • Late Requests: Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after order delivery
⚠️ We strongly encourage you to review your order information carefully before submitting, as errors in your provided data cannot be grounds for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@primepapermaster.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]"
  2. Include your Order ID (found in your confirmation email)
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request in detail
  4. Attach any relevant screenshots or evidence if applicable

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. We may ask for additional information to process your request.

Refund Processing Timeframe

Once a refund is approved:

  • Cryptocurrency refunds: Processed within 24 hours
  • Venmo / Cash App / Zelle: Processed within 1–3 business days
  • PayPal: Processed within 3–5 business days
  • Apple Pay: Processed within 3–5 business days

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. We do not issue refunds via a different payment method than the original transaction.

Free Revisions Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to use our free unlimited revision policy:

  • All orders include unlimited free revisions
  • Simply contact us and describe what needs to be changed
  • Revisions based on information you originally provided are free
  • We will re-deliver the corrected document within 30 minutes
Most issues can be resolved through a free revision. Please contact us before initiating a refund request — we want to make it right for you.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms of Service. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly first — we will work to resolve it quickly.

Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from our services. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with supporting documentation of service delivery.
